Our research showed white collar workers don't expect to find healthy choices in vending machines; they are more likely to pay attention to the nutrition facts; and they rationalize eating unhealthy snacks if they have eaten well or exercised that day. We have used this information to create messages that will inspire them to Mix It Up when it comes to their snacks.
